I looked up the part number on website and then ordered them off amazon. I think i used vividracing for the part number.

Try searching xxxx(year) x5 4.6is axxis deluxe vividracinf, copy the part number into amazon search they had the best price.

Are "Axxis & PBR" same brand?

(if you look at the bottom AXXIS BRAKES - Where to Buy)

As Napa carry the PBR Brand (altron)

NAPA AUTO PARTS

at $80, having hard time finding those axxis deluxe pads, i have contacted few places , that sell axxies , will have to wait for replies .

Yes me too 5 sec , after you told me that search line !

Amazon.com: Axxis 45-0920ED Deluxe Advanced Premium Ceramic Brake Pad Set: Automotive

Now , did this come with those shims ? or they not require?
And did you use any anti-squeal compound?
Also did it come with that brake sensor wire?

Really appreciate your help! and advice ... just wanted to make sure i put the right stuff...

Thanks!

I replaced my pads right before they would start wearing into the sensor. As long as the dash light isnt on you can take out the old one and put it back in. They didnt come w sensor.

I dont think shims or any antisqueal, mine are fine.

Personally since i check my ride all the time i left my pad sensors out and just ziptied them to the cable. I dont have a need for them and dont want to but new ones if i wear into them. Can always be put in if you want though.

Im thinking "wear sensor wire" theres a small clip in there should be able to reuse the old one.
