Could use some help with codes

So the day after I brought home my X5 the service engine, ABS, and DSC lights came on and went off after the car was shut off and turned on again.

I have a peake scan tool and the codes were 19 E3 E4 D3 and 08

first two are 02 sensor 1-3 and 4-6
D3 is idle control valve
and 08 is air mass sensor

Car has 72,000 miles.

Before I start throwing parts at the truck does anyone have any suggestions? I am thinking of cleaning the Air Mass Sensor and possibly replacing the DISA valve. Or it could be a vacume leak?

Thanks in advance

Rebuild the Disa valve with this kit here BMW Air Intake Flap Adjuster Unit Disa Valve E36 E46 E53 x5 x3 Repair Kit D057RK | eBay

Clean the old Disa really good and use this O-ring - BMW Disa Valve Fluorosilicone O Ring Replacement M54 Engine 5 Series 3 Series | eBay

Check your air intake boot. Make sure it isn't torn. You can also clean out the ICV. You can use brake cleaner, carb cleaner or simple green along with a Q-tip to help clean it out really good. Def. clean your MAF.
