Not likely - they were possibly options (well, the DPF anyway) but I've never found anyone that actually has them fitted. Easy to check if you have either... The swirl flaps add an extra vacuum actuator to the intake manifold (just above the dipstick) and the DPF would be visible in front of the catalytic converter, just after the exhaust header (after the turbo outlet).
Enter your VIN in realOEM and review the parts diagrams - it will indicate what you have fitted to YOUR car... Let us know what you find - but I doubt you'll have either. If you DID have a DPF you would need to be using only BMW LL04 rated oil (or Dexos 2) to avoid damaging the DPF.
