243 burning fail cylinder 6?

bought a wire off Ebay, finally got INPA loaded and found 1 error in memory:

243 burning fail Cylinder 6
frequency 1
logistic counter 29
error code F3 B2 01 1D 65 2E 22 8F A1

car is running fine, last week was getting rough idle on cold start up but it seemed to clear out on its own.
This error happened only once so not going to be too concerned but still curious on what it means.
