problems with coding my car

I had a friend help me with coding my car over the weekend. Car had no problems taking in changes done to GM3 module, however LCM module changes did not go so well...We used same steps to code LCM as GM3, but no changes seem to work. We have verified that the changes were uploaded by downloading the file back from LCM and all of my changes were still there. My friend had no problems coding LCM on his 2001 m5, however when coding his brothers 05 X5 he had ran into the same issue as mine...
i have used the values that i found in this thread http://www.xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-foru...cs-expert.html
Any idea what might be causing this?
