Help with Passenger Door wont Open

Afternoon All,

Sorry am new to this forum and only had my X5 for 10 months

I have never been able to lock the drivers door or passenger door with the key or button inside the car, I assumed the actuators had gone.

I locked the passenger door by hand by pressing the lock down and the drivers door locked by manual with the key.

I am now unable to unlock the passenger side it seems like the lock is stuck on. I have tried the white block putting 12v to the pins 12 6 and 7 but no luck.

I have tried to take the door card of but haven't been able to gain much room, is there any other way I can open the passenger side door without having to damage the door card? Is there a way if I can get my hand inside the door to open it?

Thank you in advance for any help
