Just hook up a battery charger or a set of jumper cables to the jump plug under the hood, I've done it many a time, works great.

Of course it will, think about what you're trying to do, all you're trying to do is get power to the vehicle, like I said I've done it many times, and no I don't have a big battery charger. You can lock/unlock the doors, power the windows etc., I did mine with my battery completely out of the car, see, not so hard, you didn't need all those capital letters in your title...lol!

Or you could've hooked up a set jumper cables from another vehicle, glad you got it open.

If you can get inside the vehicle, on the rear hatch next to the left light is a little small rectangular door type thing that pops off very easily. That is a manual release of the hinge mechanism and the hatch will open.
