ZKE Central Body electronics ISSUE. Please HELP!

My BMW X5 3.0 2004 year model is in energy saving mode.

No interior lights, No Alarm, No Remote Control, No Front window wipers, No Central Locking and I have doubt No ABS also.

I scanned it with P.A. soft (bmw scanner v1.4) and it shows in ZKE Central Body electronic- Is in energy saving mode. Transport Mode. I tried to reprogram/Unit Mode to Normal Mode, but it gives error message Unit Setting: Filed . and Error about Energy Saving Mode also can not be deleted.

I tried so far:

1. To rewrite EEROM and Coding data from backups which I made some months ago. It writes without giving errors, But still can not reprogram Unit Mode to Normal.

2. Disconnecting Battery Negative Terminal for an hour. No Result

3. Disconnecting and connecting both + and - Terminal simultaneously. No result.

4. Battery voltage 12.4 , Charging 13.4 to 13.7 V. So this is not issue caused by battery

Is there a way to RESET this Module mechanically? Or what to do?
Might be last try will be to re-install new module and to program it, but Module is responsive, and when making changes in Coding menu its works ( for instance, Lock Doors automatically after car reaches 8 km/hr), but it Stucked in TRANSPORT MODE.

Module makes response on writing coding. If its kaput how it may control automatic door locking after car reaches 8 km/hr/ when I change programming code not to do so it stops doing that, which means it still a live . Is there a way to reset GM Module?
