p1353 p1343 ... argh

Apparently this means misfires on Cylinders 1 and 6... engine is shaking, so am I right to guess the most likely suspects are:

1. Oil in the plug wells (unlikely, new VCG)
2. Bad plugs
3. Bad coils

If it's those, at least it's easy to get to.

first thing I would do, is check your spark plugs.

Was going to replace the plugs soon, anyway. Going to swap the coils around and see what happens, too.

When you do swap the coils around don't swap the two misfiring cylinders with each other.

LOL.. turns out not to be the coils. Tested and had my mech buddy check it out, and he thinks I got some bad gas. I'm never buying gas in that part of town again. Topped off with 94 octane (highest they have in this backward nation), and 1353 went away, stopped misfiring.

Still the most fun car I've had so far :P
