Stripping e53 4.4
http://static.cargurus.com/images/si...pic-51793.jpeg Now my question is . Does anyone have any info on how the arch flares etc come off? I'm going to fit the kit to my wife's 3.0D wich is totally stock. Also swapping wheels etc |

Yes mate, the arches are usually held on with plastic rivets, you'll have to break the rivets to get them off and use new rivets when putting them on the new vehicle, you'll need a plastic rivet gun and a bag of rivets which you should be able to get easily of eBay. Simple job. It took me and hour to do mine

If they're not riveted on (you will be able to find the heads up inside the guard), then they will be bonded on with (most likely polyurethane) adhesive. Would be very difficult to remove them non-destructively.
