AC Warm until rasing RPM's

So my A/c blows warm air until I raise the RPM.
Where should I start?

my 2 cents

- Check the low side and high side pressures
- Find leaks, put UV DYE (inspect exterior and perform internal scope to check evaporator core)

Check that the electric fan is engaging when aircon is activated. Condensor will not work efficiently without sufficient airflow, and raising RPM's will increase airflow by increasing the speed of the mechanical fan.

Does the fan come on as soon as the A/c button is pressed? I only hear the fan engage when the engine starts to get warm.
Thoughts?

It can be one or combination of leaks, electrical, electronics ,refrigerant and etc

Before I was leaning towards the IHKA, it turned out to be the dreaded FSR

Why not take the guess work out of the process. Take your vehicle to a professional who has the proper gear to help you arrive at the correct diagnosis then proceed with the repair.

I was hoping it was somthing easy to replace like a switch or sensor. I'll deal with the issue when I can afford to. Just put 5k in the X5, so need to hold off.
