P0491 on an 01 4.4
I searched for a while and everyone with the P0491 seems to have an X with the 3.0

Any pics of the hoses that fail on a 4.4?

I cleared the code once, and it came back about 100 miles later, so it's not a fluke.

I just don't know what hoses to look at, or even where the pump is.
