How to remove roundels?

Hello,

I've got Carbon Fiber roundels for free - Thank you bimmerfreak.com for superb customer service!!
and was just wondering how to remove front/rear roundels?
just pull it out and replace it? or do I need to use glue?

here are pictures of roundels

Thank you!!

When my dealer replaced my pealed hood roundel, they took one of those packaging bands ( about 2 or 3 feet long, plastic-like material that goes around boxes when they are shipped) and slid it behind the roundel, held onto both ends, then yanked it out. Worked like a charm.

dont use that method to remove the front roundel, open the hood and push the two plastic parts that stick through, much easier and safer. you should probably replace the two plastic grommets ($1) that slip onto these plastic posts while your at it, trust me, dont risk your paint by prying. To install the new roundel, first put the grommets in the 2 holes push in all the way, then line up the guide pins and simply push it in. Let me know if u need more detail

i dont know about the trunk, i only had to replace my hood emblem, but i learned about prying the hard way. Try Bavauto.com im 99% sure that they have instructions - thats where i got my hood emblem - good luck

Those blue roundels look great, makes me want to get them...
eventhough my car is gray, maybe the CF ones would look better..
