Some progress work today.

Steering trim painted. Interior trim painted. AT shift knob painted. Sorry about photo quality lighting makes the actual color vary. Also prop shaft out to change coupling and bearing.

Thanks to the forum for the write ups regarding the steering. I did open the negative terminal of the battery before my work.

Work done today.

1. Engine oil change
2. Washed
3. Scanned for faults (attached)

I want to thank Ricky for his help yesterday. Ordered the Arnott for all 4 corners.

Some photos of the truck. You will notice why I was thinking of getting wheels asap.

Since it was a holiday today, decided to take off the CD changer and work on it.
Typical "no disc" and loading/reading issue.

The youtube video was a wonderful help. All you need is to take off the unit, clean it and re-silicon-grease it. Works flawlessly now.

Tip: which removing the top cover be patient with the side clips.

I'm not a fan of the red wheels at all, but I definitely don't hate the black wheels.

For some reason, wheels with a polished lip and colored inner part don't look as big as they actually are.In this case, I'd have to agree; they do look good.although with them being 22's, 285 tire is too narrow..
