safe mode prog

Hi all i have x5 2002 3.0, 117987 mile. In the morning my car have problem safe mode prog trans come and car have problem move, i turn of car and start in 10 second there is no problem , evry morning i have same problem when i tuch gas gas fast if i go slowly 5 kilometre thereis no problem all day long.excuse fot bad englissh can anybody help?

check -

- battery... in the morning it might be too weak
- ABS module - it might be failing. do you have any other lights on dash?
- tranny fluid... has it been changed/flushed lately?

you are in Georgia, Tbilisi is in mountains, so it might be a bit cold there this time of the year... did you have the problem in the summer? cold weather can be bad for the battery, for the tranny oil...
you did not ford any creeks or rivers? crossing Kura would be bad for speed sensors in the wheel hubs...

Battery in the morning is 13.7 v i think there is no problem brake lights is on
