Engine/injector issues

Last night I was at a stop and my 2006 x5 3.0 just started vibrating/pulsating. About 30 seconds later the "service engine soon" light came on. I drove the short distance home and the engine continued to vibrate and did not have much power. I checked the fault codes with my bmw scanner 1.4 and here is what it says:
16/F4 - Fuel injector, cylinder 3, open circuit
F0/B3 - Misfire, cylinder 3, misfiring with cylinder cutout (Misfire CARB_A), misfiring during warm up, worsening emissions (Misfire CARB_B1)

I pulled it apart today thinking it was an electrical issue. Each fuel injector connector shows 12v. The other wire which is a ground triggered by the computer, was not grounded of course as the car was not running when I tested it.
I also tested each injectors resistance and each showed 12.3 ohms.
Basically I can't find anything wrong with the fuel injector wiring. I know I need to change the spark plugs but that has nothing to do with the fuel injectors. Has anyone experienced this issue before??

Get the connections checked.

I had # 3 and # 5 connections loose and a hell of misfires which were gradually getting worse.

Resulted that when I was putting everything back together after replacing timing chain guides ,one of the plastic connectors cracked a bit and the clamp wasn't well set into the groove. It took it 1500 kms or so of engine vibrations to get detached and start making me some troubles.

I was getting the same #3 open circuit and multiple misfires codes.Although it was on my M62 v8.But that doesn't really matter,I am pretty sure the system is the same.

Well I just plugged everything back in tight, cleared the codes, and started the engine. It runs perfectly. I'm guessing you are right and the electrical connector was just slightly loose. Do you think these connectors need to be replaced ever? I'm really worried I could get stranded somewhere because of something stupid like this.
