OBC volts readings different to mulitemer readings

Hello to all again and sorry for the repetition, seems testing batt at jump start points gives higher readings compared to OBC...

I unlcoked the OBC and got these results, these are both whilst driving and idle , are they bad? :

*via OBC*

at idle or driving at highway speed with no accessories on 13.9v-14.0 Volts

at idle or driving at highway speed, aircon-radio full, main beams & foglights on 13.5v-13.6 Volts

car (after sitting 5 hours) and not started i got 11.9v which is too close to the 11.89v that bmw says means an empty battery!???

*via multimeter *

car cold non started 12.36v

car started idle 14.35-14.36v idle, and the same with accessories on
