Wheel spacers for '04 3.0i sport

I would really prefer my tires to be as close to flush as possible with the wheel wells. I think that is how a well balanced vehicle should look and stance really makes a difference. I think this thing would look way better with a wider more well balanced stance Anyone ever played around with wheel spacers on this set up and what did you find?

I've got stock size tires and the stock sport wheels for '04 3.0 - sorry I can't remember the size at the moment.

Any specific spacers you would recommend?
