01 X5 4.4i is it worth the repairs?

I have an 01 X5 4.4i is it worth the money in repairs and all the time I'm gonna put into it to fix it ? My water pump just went, and my power steering has been failing and it leaks a little I always have to top it off. I'm only going to fix what needs to be repaired I will also fix the ball joints cause I hear a knock on the right hand side front passenger, I repaired the sway bar link and It went away but now it's back. What do you guys think should I repair it and put the time into it ? Or should I just sell it? It has 237k Kms alpine white with aero package fully loaded with leather and nav. When I first bought it I got it for 6700. Thoughts and opinions ?
