Sport or comfort air suspension>

HI. Im about to order some new airsprings for the rear suspension of my E53 4.4 V8 2001. I have a query about if I should order sport airsprings or comfort airsprings. I'm not sure what I have in the first place so that's my first dilemma but my second problem is does it matter what i order for the rear. For example if it was originally comfort airsprings, can I now change them over for sport airsprings and vice versa. Any adice would be appreciated. Thanks
