BMW X5 Rear Suspension Air Bag to Coil Spring Conversion Kit

Guys, had enough of the constant problems with my single axel (rear) air suspension and therefore looking to through one more bucket of money at it and convert to springs. Has anyone used similar to the below? Im a little confused, as I have seen people mention coilovers, of which I get the impression they are different to the below.
