Radio does not go below 90FM
But when I try tuning the MID to 88.7, it never wants to tune below 90.1FM. What do I need to do to make it tune below 90.1. I tried the manual tuning by pressing the m button and then the left arrow. |

I bet your radio is set to the wrong region. Search for the radio secret menu and change the region.

Ditto...check to see if you are on the correct radio frequencies for the USA. See the instructionsfor the e38 with MID below...the e39 & e53 MID works the same way to access the service mode. And you do need to make a selection within a few seconds...or the service mode will close:

Hey Q, is there, by chance in your vast library of information, a way to get into any deeper menus on the MKIV Nav radios?

![]() Try the 2 (of 4) instructions below...depending on build date or some other factor..there are multiple instructions for the wide screen Nav. Some service modes are for the radio and some, I think, are for other services...I hope I can eventually get the other instructions posted:

Thanks Q. I'll dink around with it if I get time and see if I can get it to go into it, otherwise please post if you can get your link to work. Nothing going on with mine but I always like to know if there's something I can tweak.
You know what they say, if it ain't broke, you can probably still fix it.

Let's see if they appear now. The info is how to enter the radio service mode and the Nav/OBC service mode for the wide screen nav: ![]() ![]()
