If you have the high cluster (has the 20 digit alpha/numeric display) and the High MID or Nav (see how much info we need to answer your question? )...then your OBC is not controlled by the turn indicator stalk. The stalk is only a fringe benefit that allows you to program the OBC features to appear in the Check Control Display (the 20 digit thingy).

The OBC is controlled by the MID or Nav monitor...that is where OBC features are started/stopped/set/reset/adjusted/etc. Again, the turn indicator only pulls up the OBC features that you programmed to appear there (which is why you are seeing PROG)...but you can NOT stop or start or reset anything...because again, the OBC is controlled by the MID or Nav monitor.

Also, if you don't have an owners manual for the MID or Nav monitor...do a google search for a PDF owners manual for whichever set-up you have. If you got tripped up by this simple feature...there's a lot of features/options you're propably missing and may not find out about except by accident.
