Check Engine 150/170/242

on my way home tonight thought I felt a bit of a vibration and then pulled up to a light and noticed a rough idle. then the check engine light came on

got home, wasnt sure if I would as it was running like crap but only had a mile to go.

Pulled out the carsoft interface and it gave me the following
150 signal after KAT bank 1 max limit
170 DME fail
242 #5 misfire

I also had torque and the O2 voltages were showing zero, yea ZERO straight line at the bottom

cleared codes and only #5 came back.

swapped a coil and stayed #5, then put an old plug in and same thing stayed with #5

anyone have a bright idea where to start?
I normally have no problem with problems like this but its about 20F outside and no garage to work in so I am trying to limit my time outside!
