Angry Missfire gone, well now its all gone

So i finally swapped out all my injectors from my 540i into the x5. Yay no more codes, way smoother, no more vibrarion, cool. So i decide to test drive. When i went in reverse , tons of white smoke from exhuast i hear a metal thrashing soumd then she dies. l get out and tons of oil and coolant coming out from above oil pan. Well i figure valley pan and open her up to find two quarter sized holes in the pan. Looms like something from underneth broke its way up through the metal. Is this fixable and why now after missfires fixed and was idling smooth

Did the vehicle have any sort of knocking in the engine or even rattleling? Usually there is some sort of noise associated with the outcome of your engine. That is pretty catastrophic. I would be surprised that the degree off damage came with no level of warning. Something came loose and flew through the structure.
