Speaker wire question, audio help!

Hope this is in the right place, first post!

My question: Are the base audio speaker wires accessible from the trunk just like the hifi system?

Anywho, I have an 09 e70 with base audio and was hoping to upgrade a little. As such, I need to install an amplifier. Also, based on the location of the door speakers, I feel as though coaxial speakers would be perfect, saving the hassle of installing component speakers. Of course, a leveling of the HU eq would need to be done.
