I don't think this indicates an issue - looks like the OH title was messed up and reissued. Mechanical limits would usually mean the odometer couldn't register the miles (like the car exceeded 999,999 miles) which is unlikely and given the mileages shown, I suspect an internal problem at the OH titling facilities.

Maybe someone more familiar with the mysteries of Ohio can elaborate.

I would for sure look into that harder. Dealer or private party? If dealer have them check with the state to see what's up. If you're going to register it in another state make sure the current title is clear. That is a branded title unless it's an OH error of some sort. It's either a big deal, or an error, but I doubt the state made an error. It's certified after that issue, and I suspect BMW wouldn't certify a car that had a branded title, but maybe they don't check? Either way, if that doesn't get fixed it'll always be on there and then you'll be stuck explaining to the next buyer why it isn't a big issue. Also, check with your insurance company. They can search the title in their system and see if it's ever been recorded as a loss or salvage etc. Something is causing that issue.

Yup, the car is already in Lebanon. and I care less about selling it (no one will check carfax for a car that had few years of history in Lebanon, we only check it for imported cars)... I just want to make sure that it is not a physical issue with the car...
