Guess the title is pretty self explanatory..

Anyone running a tune WITH emissions equip in place?

It seems TTFS, Malone, DUDMD etc offer tunes with Emissions equipment in place. I know there is more power and efficiency to be had by deleting the emissions systems, but I'm sure my wife is not ready to live with the smell and the mess (not that I really am either)..

Maybe I'd be a better candidate for just running a Berger BCS

So was looking for anyone with experience running a stage 1 or 2 tune with stock emissions equipment in place, and what your experience has been. Thanks in advance..

My Indy went with a stage one since I was keeping all my emission stuff intact. It really feels much better than stock. BUT this is all butt dyno and since I never see this tuner mentioned at all on the forums I will just leave others to suggest the more popular (beneficial?) stage 1's out there. I got this tune before I knew what to look for but also because my Indy has been using them for years. From what I've learned this might just be based on a "euro" tune unlike some of the other more personal tuners out there like DUDMD and the likes.



As far as experience, it has been a rock solid tune. Very fun to get on the pedal. Car feels much better then stock as I remember it. I did all my maintenance and even some preventative things and the E70 feels great to me.



I will be doing a stage 2-3(?) after I am out of warranty and if I do a delete, but I do hope to retain the emission stuff as long as possible. I was also considering a few other tidbits like the ATM inter-cooler. Even without the ABC delete I think I could benefit from it.



I was also considering talking to Malone or DUDMD for a stage 2 with emissions. Not sure on that at this stage yet but will most definitely be using on of them.



Everyone has different goals with their X's. I would love to delete but dont see it happening soon, or unless I really "need" to. The next tune I am getting will be XHP Trans tune with Rod Sutphins touch. I already have xdelete and love that so i can only imagine how much better over the E70 will feel when I do the trans.
