The part number is:
65509166784

Plug that into Google and see all kinds of places.

You can use Real OEM to find part numbers:

My X5 has the rear entertainment screen and the entire family absolutely hates it. It has never been used and the screen is always in the way of something...mainly elbows. My wife keeps telling me to get it out of the truck. I politely stall.

So, would you use yours?

I have a 1 year old daughter and I'll come useful if it would work. No I have never used it, since I got the car it never worked.

Try eBay, there are a few there. Assuming all you need is the screen, there's one complete unit there for $276 with cut cables, (you won't need these cables if you disassemble the unit and swap the screen.)

I had the rear entertainment added to my package when I ordered my X5. My kids watched movies couple of times then stop using it. For me money was not well spend on this. Mount an iPad would be better.

If you can get a video to play on the damn thing it will be worth the hassle. My husband constantly cries about bashing his elbows on it. I have done it once.

The DVD only likes playing burned DVDs and some music concerts. I have literally dicked around with this damn thing with over 50 store bought titles and I'd say 45 of them didn't play.

I understand wanting everything to work in your car but I have a feeling the screen was broken by the previous owners frustration in the lack of the unit actually playing a DVD.

Just my $.02

Here's how to fix it: Rear DVD Screen Repair DIY - Bimmerfest - BMW Forums

I have a Nexus for as a phone and the USB has a thing called SlimPort that allows you to get the screen mirrored over HDMI. I use this trick to play Teletubbies for my son when we're on long trips: DIY: smartphone to rear entertainment - Bimmerfest - BMW Forums
