Front differential drain/fill plug location

Hi all, about to change my front differential fluid. I've notice two cutout on the metal under panel. I know one cut out is for the oil drain bolt, is the other cut out for the front differential plug? If not, can anyone tell me where it is?

OTOH, does all E70 take 600ml for front differential (saw this in another thread). I have an 08 3.0si. Thanks so much in advance.

You will have to remove the metal skid plate to gain access to the differential fill and drain plugs properly.

Many thanks. With regards to filling capacity, which is best:

1. fill to same amount drained.

2. fill 600ml (as shown in another thread's TIB)

3. fill till dripping from fill hole

Thanks for the quick reply guys.

Fill 600ml as you will see approx 600ml coming out while draining.
