Can anyone identify this hose?

I have a leak on one of the hoses under the wheel arch. Its definitely oil but I am unsure if it is for transmission oil cooler, power steering fluid, or oil cooler line.

Im thinking of just unwrapping the crimp with a dremel and replace it with a new stainless steel clamp. Any suggestion?

It turns out it is the oil cooler. Put new clamps on it but it really didnt help as the problem is in the corroded metal part. It looks rusted, I am a bit confused as I thought it should be aluminium. I realized I need to change the entire hose with metal ends. Roughly £100 a piece... ouch!
