What does sport package consist of?

Hi guys, can someone tell me please what the sport package consists of for E70 X5 35d?

I always thought it consisted of a different steering wheel, wider fender flares for 19"+ wheel package, something different on the front grill area but lately while hunting trucks I've come across a couple that may have had a sport steering wheel but narrow flares and others with wider flares and but not the sport steering wheel.

Was it possible to order sport package without rim package?

Does anyone happen to have any .pdf brochures for 2013 X5 35d options and packages?

Thank you

Yes. After 2009 the sport included trim, steering heel, headliner...just my recollection

Doing a search and looking back in time to May-August 2012 would be the target for a 2013 DIESEL "order guide" (the gasser guide came out early in the year...see below)

The contents of the "sport pkg" changed throughout the production run...and can be different based on model alone (I6 petrol vs V8 petrol vs diesel models)

Here's a link to the 2012 Ordering Guide...it should be the same for the 2013 model year. Check out what is in the ZAP pkg (sport pkg): http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/att...2&d=1323203399

Wanted to point out stiffer suspension and different vs gasser style of 19" or 20" rims.

Back when I was shopping by looking at internet ads, quite a few X5s with those sport package-specific style rims had "sport suspension delete" when decoded their VINs.

Nice loaded, you got a coveted heads up display in there, too. You get the looks of the Sport package (214's Y-spokes but not the suspension in this one. Soon as I saw rear heated seats, I started thinking this is a pre-LCI (2007-2010) because that's part of the Cold Weather Package , but then I went back to notice Canadian-spec.

Yeah I've looking at probably 8 or 10 X5's and never found one here with Sport suspension or AD.. All have the above.

My 2013 Sport includes; Sport suspension, 20" tires and M logo 333M rims, specific front and rear bumpers, fender flairs, M steering wheel, M logo door sills, M logo dead pedal. I see many Sports Package X5's around my area. I guess they are more popular in fair weather climates where snow tires are not needed. A photo of the brochure;Name: IMG_2939.jpg
