AC Issues and No Heat

I have a 2007 X5 w/ 4.8i. It has 117k miles.

The a/c clutch went out recently so I replaced the compressor with a new Behr unit. After vacuuming the system and recharging, I am having intermittent issues.

When I start up the vehicle, the a/c system will no engage when pressing the button. It will begin to cool whenever the vehicle has been driving +40mph. Air blows cold after this, no matter speed.

If I turn off vehicle and restart, the a/c will not turn back on at idle.

Also, whenever I switched to heat, the air did not blow hot. What could be causing this?

Data Points at 80F
- Static Pressure - 85psi
- Low Side - 35psi
- High Side - 190psi

Any thoughts before I take it in to the dealer?

I'm new to X5, but just had an issue where the front ducks wouldn't blow warm air unless it's set to 84F. I then realized that I've seen a hot/cold vent adjustment in one of the iDrive menus. Set it to hot and sure enough it started blowing warm air without setting it to max. In my e90 there was a hot/cold thumbwheel, but I guess in x5 it was replaced with iDrive menu.
