Weird Heat Issue?

My truck blow cool air when temperature is not at 84*/max. At 84 degree, it's just to hot. No codes or check engine light on. Has anyone have a similar issue and got it resolve?

Thanks, Sam

I say user error.
BMW has the most confusing heating/cooling system possible. Go to Climate in iDrive (or click the individual driver/passenger climate buttons below seat warmer buttons) to see if the setting is not turned to Cold.

Turning the dial for degrees with temperature only works more-less properly with Auto mode.

I would say its the simplest possible system! Press auto and set the temp you want and forget it.

Thanks for the replies guys, I adjusted Idrive, press auto, still the same. Anything below 84 degree it blow cool air. I think it's the water valve. Do anyone know where the water valve is located? Thanks, Sam
