E70 3.0SI Serpentine Belt removal Help!

been trying to figure this out since yesterday.. X5 08 3.0

how would i replace my serpentine belt if the AC belt is in the way? i removed the black bar on top of the fan and now i have access to the tensioner but i cannot remove it as the ac belt is on the way?

do i have to remove the fan too? or jack the car and access underneath?

been looking at it and i dont see any tensioner on the compressor side so i cant remove or put the new belts on ..

appreciate any help, thanks.
