2012 E70 turn off anti-dazzle feature

Both, outside mirrors and the rear view mirror (inside) have the so called anti-dazzle feature. Any way to turn the feature off? I have the Carly/IOS adapter and one of the options is to turn off the anti-dazzle. The thing is, no change occurs even if I choose to turn it off. All three mirrors still darken to the point it is so annoying, especially in the night when I can't see anything in the mirrors, other than tiny light spots. Any other way to do it? Cut some wires? Remove a fuse?

With Carly often after you make a change in settings, you have to leave the car for 30 minutes to go into a total sleep mode for the changes to be accepted on the next start cycle.

Probably the same with NCS as well.

Very much like making a change in a computer that will not be accepted until the machine is restarted.

So before you get too excited make sure you let the vehicle to go into sleep mode and double check of the new settings were accepted.

If no change, then you should contact Carly support.

The sensor for tinting the mirrors is on the back of your windshield mirror(the side facing forward actually). Just put some black tape over the hole for the sensor-problem solved,

I just looked at some "NCS expert" YouTube tutorials and I rather drive it the way it is. Way too complicated for me. Now I realize how cheap Carly is for all the changes you can make in a matter of seconds. Thanks for the advice anyway.
I will probably try to remove the mirror and unplug the electric part. Hopefully I won't get any warning lights to show up in the dash.

Now I did it. We probably posted the same time.
I did the change a couple of days ago and still nothing. it doesn't seem to work.
As someone else replied, I will try to cover the sensor and see if it works this way. Too late now to go outside and give it a try. I'll do it tomorrow and update this thread.

I ended up removing the outside mirrors and disconnecting the wires. No warning lights so far.

To much hassle. Believe it or not, I don't have a laptop. A couple desktops, a bunch of iPads and four iPhones in the house. No laptops.
