Need to replace cup holder. please help.

hey guys, I want to replace my entire cup holder assembly. The sliding cover that hides the cigarette lighter section and cup holders broke into pieces. guess it became too brittle over time.

I'm borrowing this picture from another post. Is this all I have to remove to take out the cup holder? Or do i have to completely disassemble the entire center console?

Thanks! looks like that's for the newer F15, but it looks very similar to our E70.

It does seem like a lot of work to disassemble the entire center console.
