X5 E70 DIESEL 2012 - WHITE SMOKE FROM TAILPIPE & UNDERNEATH

Hi Guys

I have a 2012 X5 E70 Diesel upgraded from X5 E53 just 3 years ago. After my 1st change oil last month here's what happened:

1. White smoke coming out of the exhaust for 5 minutes then its gone after that.

2. White smoke coming from underneath the car due to oil on the exhaust pipe (picture attached)

3. Car runs normal even if there is white smoke.

4. Only happens when X5 not used for more than 4 days. If car is used the next day NO WHITE SMOKE AT ALL.

5. NO DECLINING OIL LEVEL AT ALL (4 incidents already of having that white smoke)

6. I did the CCV quick test of removing engine oil filler cap and checked whether it sucked my palm or not. Nothing wrong with it as well.

I checked the oil pan gaskets under the engine for leaks and there was nothing there - it's all dry under the engine. Where is the oil coming from? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
