Creator OBD2 reads: 00, 001, 48, 73 No Found! - Is this a Fault Code?

CEL came out and these are the codes that came out using the Creator C310 OBD2. Are these numbers fault codes in the first place? Any information what these are? Tried to contact Creator to no avail, their email support provided in the instruction booklet doesn't exist. Google doesn't have the answer. CEL has been reset several times but it returns after 100 miles. Generic OBD2 reads p2457. Thermostat and water pump are all new.
