replaced battery now footwell module fired?

i got a 2010 bmw x5 3.0 x drive. i went to go and replace the battery in the truck area. i got a good deal on a re-manufactured acid battery (has a white shell) from interstate. the one i removed a original BMW battery. i tired to to a battery registered on my snap on modis scan tool said it was complete but my inter lights doesn't work and parking lights and windows don't work. i also don't have any communication with my footwell module. i have check all the fuse also.

any ideas or hope thank you!!
