Anybody with a muffler mods on X5 35i

Ive been looking lately for a muffler mod either muffler delete or to buy a muffler like megan racing but have not heard many sound clips of a x5 35i only the v8s and i feel like they sound very different.

Any videos would help alot.

Personally have not seen or heard of any. I had tried the so called "golf tee" or "zip tie" mod on one of my last 35i's.

It allows the exhaust to come out both pipes all the time and has a little bit more exhaust note, but nothing at all louder or excessive.

Might want to give that a try if your looking for something simple, you can do in your garage, takes 5 minutes and you probably have everything at home already.

No harm, errors, etc... to worry about either, and I think some actually reported an ever so slight increase in MPG as an added bonus.
