Door open alert as well as not locking

Hey guys,

So now I have more issues with this damn car (that I love).. I have the door open alert for driver side door going off (the interior light is going in and out while driving) and now I can't lock it because it thinks the door is still open. My first thought is the FRM module but maybe it could be fuses? I think this could be the issue with my driver side window switches not working as well.

Update:

Apparently the issues causing the door alarm and window switches and mirror were because the wiring harness and wires inside the door were corroded. How it got that way is beyond me.
