M57Y Swirl Flaps

I hope this is not a repeat thread but could not find what I wanted

Does my 2011 X5 E70 35D M57Y engine have swirl flaps? I have not had a chance to look at the engine intake. Bought it a month ago and too busy at work. I want to order some exhaust kits and order flap blocks as well.

If yours aren't leaking at the shaft seals, I'll buy them off you when you remove them. Mine are looking a little rough with 125k miles on them.

Unless they're really fresh, they'll leak sooner or later anyway. I've just removed mine @ 7 yrs./140K.
