What parts makes up the rear entertainment system?

We have a 2008 X5 4.8i with the rear seat entertainment system. We don't use it and would rather not have it blocking the armrest. The simplest option is just removing the screen part and replacing those parts but if I can figure out all the parts that make up a complete system I have no problem pulling it all out so I can sell it.

Haven't even begun to think about price but I will be basing it on what they sell for on eBay minus the fees I'd pay there.

It was actually much easier to remove than I anticipated.
