Transmission Trouble

I have an 08 4.8i that right after i bought it had mixed the transmission and engine oil with the antifreeze (and had a bunch of problems), the transmission was kicking hard when coming to a stop, reverse and pretty much shifting in any gear. We tried an oil change and the most of the problems went away, the transmission wasn't kicking except in reverse. Fast forward i turned the car on one day and the auxiliary fan went, hit the radiator had those changed took a short trip the next day, where i drove mostly on open roads relatively hard, once i got near my destination during an overtake my transmission went the car popped out of gear and had a hard time going into gear(Trans malfunction), by the time i got to a restaurant close by the car pretty much refused to go in gear, had a whining noise and i could hear something down there rattling. Took the car back on a flatbed, had the transmission opened and they repaired what needed to be repaired. The car would now go into gear fine and drive fine however it was shifting harder, after a bit of driving the whining noise came back, the higher the revs the louder the noise.(The whine happened only after the car ran for about 10mins). The whining happened when the car was stationary, driving or in park. I sent it back and i decided to change the whole transmission, got the 'new' transmission, turns out it kicks harder than my old one, however it does not kick in reverse but it does when you put it in drive, hard and during gear changes. Took my original valve body added it to the 'new' transmission and it kicks in reverse but not when it goes in drive. Now i've been suggested to get a new solenoid pack send back the 'new' transmission. Has anyone had any experience with this? What could the whining be? Clogged filter? The oil pump they said was fine. Sorry for the long post i tried to get rid of as much material as possible and compressed a couple of weeks in here.
