need clarification for 2007 radiator install

So i thought previously i had fixed all my coolant leaks by getting the new cap and expansion tank because there was an obvious hole in them. I also have the newer upper radiator hose, and the newer vent hose that goes from the radiator to the expansion tank.

Unfortunately these did not completely stop my leaks, and it appears to be leaking from the radiator. So upon shopping for these i have seen a note saying with purchase of the radiator it it requires a new hose. It also looks like the elbow at the top of the radiator that the new vent tube hose i purchased goes to, is no longer a part of the radiator. Does this vent tube plug in somewhere else now, or do i basically just need to plug the hose?

car is a 2007 e70 3.0
