2009 X5D with common problems

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and new to X5 ownership. I have done some extensive reading on this and other forums about some common issues with the X5D. Low and behold, I have some of the common issues and would like some opinions.
Some background info on the car:
Has 180000km when i purchased car, car seems to run a drive great when i first purchased! no visible leaks of any sort on ground. Does seem to use a bit of oil but since the car is new to me I just did an oil change and will monitor level. I have put about 5k on the car since ive owned it and have recently just purchased Carly Dongle as the engine light is on. codes were related to NOx sensor and egr cooler plausibility(happened before i purchased), but recently the car stalled accelerating from a stop light. Pulled over turned car off then started back up fine. Car seems to drive fine using light acceleration ( have not attempted to full throttle since before researching issue )

First issue is needing a new thermostat. (temps barely reach 72c with ambient temp around 5c)

Q-Is it worth replacing the waterpump and trany thermostat as well since I would potentially save on labor while mechanic is in doing work?

Second issue is the aforementioned stalling on acceleration. This registered a 4B99 code or bank 2 injectors. Looked at the plastic partitions at the back of the engine and all 3 are cracked. leading me to suspect #5 injector. I plan to meter the injectors tonight and remove foam piece.

Q-Is there a certain way to test if the injector is bad and will need to be replaced? Or once this starts happening the injector is on its way out?

And finally i am stuck with BMW kingston, which i have no experience with. Does anyone from ontario know of a great indy shop (if my car can make it there) thanks for any insight!

Yes i did, the previous owner sold the car as is and took me to his mechanic to show me existing engine light codes before purchase. (This was reflected in the purchase price)

So, do you want to fix all your issues- or is your sole concern the acceleration issue?

Thanks for the replies ard! I would like to fix all the issues, I have scheduled an appointment with my local dealership but they are unable to look at the car for another 10days. So in the mean time i've been doing research. The problems i've listed are just the ones that appear to be common that i was able to track down in the forum. The other ones i await the dealers diagnosis.

BMW Kingston, but I am currently looking for local shops if anyone has heard of some great ones near by kingston and area? The previous owner had the car serviced at Autovation outside of ottawa. I drive through toronto frequently tho any recommendations?

Bimmersport or RMP or Stance Factory in Ajax may be closer. All come highly recommended. I can tell you that the dealership will throw a lot of parts at your X.

Regarding the thermostat and water pump I replaced mine with BMW parts through ECS tuning and my mechanic charged me only 0.25 hour of labor since he was doing the thermostat at the same time. Total labor 4 hours with Indy. Temps now 88-92 C
