4x4 , DBC light

2008 x5 4.8 97k on dash , this morning I started her up and drove away about 2 miles later , I had the Yellow BRAKE light and 4x4 light along with DBC malfunction , car suddenly loss of power but was not in limp mode , pedal is sluggish , drove it till I got to work about 9 miles later with the sluggish loss of power , when coming to a complete stop and then accelerating it feels as if I'm barely accelerating but eventually picks up speed . No Engine light . Any ideas ?
Thanks everyone also battery is less than a year old

P.s I did my oil change the night before at a friends house and I only had 8 quarts so i need to top it off it was roughly around midnight no stores were open

Most likely battery related, was the battery coded to car?
With engine running, turn the steering wheel lock to lock
It should clear the 4x4 error

Otherwise it may be Abs reluctor ring, though doubtfull possibly idle control actuator
The list of possibilities is endless unfortunately, your best having the fault codes read!

Just a tip for the future...try reducing the resolution of your images posted here to somewhere around 800x600. You're probably double the resolution that makes it easy for most forum members to see your images without scrolling left/right/up/down just to get a gist of what they're looking at...unless they are reading the forum on a big 70" TV.

For example...I reduced your images to approx 800x1000...and you can see that you can still see everything clearly...but you don't have to scroll left/right to see the entire pic....especially for those on a tablet/smartphone/laptop/small monitor.

The issue might just come back. Throttle body harness? That sensor i am pretty sure is the differential pressure sensor? That also could be the issue. Read some of my posts i have been dealing with the issue for quiet sometime. The throttle body harness seems to be the most common issue, however there can be many more causes that i know of, from my experience.

THANKS for replying , so the throttle body harness was done by me on October 15 of 2017, my problem returned December 12,

Would my wiring be a problem ? Or failing throttle body. Again when I turn off the car the problem goes away litterly the problem came back after 93 miles in 2 days please any input helps thank you

Did you mention that you already have swapped throttle body? Have you performed a obd2 scan, what codes are you getting?

UPDATE: so everything pointed to my wiring job when I updated the Throttle Body harness.

Redid wiring , didn't use cheap SOLDER this time or used Solder at all.

Reset adaptions via rheingold so far so good it's still to early to tell but I feel that was my problem.
