Air Suspension Module connection question
I have an e70 that sustained a fire in the rear right quarter area. I have tracked down all of the wire connections for the air suspension control unit with the exception of three yellow (black, grey, brown) striped wires. Anyone able to send me a picture of their module or a wire schematic? Thanks!

Do you have rear only air or front and rear air suspension? Also, was the fire caused by the vehicle?

I believe that it only has only rear air suspension. The fire appears to have originated in the rear hatch lift module.

A day or two ago I gave you the website to look up your schematics in your other thread.
Without the year and engine, I just had to guess... maybe here: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...ontrol/ck2SOMu Last edited by ard; 01-27-2018 at 02:46 AM. |

Thanks, that was helpful looks like the three extra wires are for models with “vertical dynamics managment”. I wonder if the lift module is different for models without vertical dynamics managment.

Dunno. But it seems the harness is wired differently and the pin connectors at the L an R height sensors are different for a car with vdm. So perhaps the same harness can be used, and depending on what modules are installed?? |

Now im more confused... this schematics seems to show different pinouts:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e...gement/ctqSPnK anyway, find the right shcem based on what is on your car, your year, your options |

If I pull the relay in the front fuse box below the glove box and jump the contacts that provide power to the air pump, the pump should engage when the car is running? Correct?
