Pre-purchase inspection in San Deigo area

Hello to all.

I'm interested in a 2013 X5D located in the San Diego area.
San Diego ECARS Inc

Being out of state, makes it less than ideal to inspect it. Therfore, would anyone, preferable someone with an E70 X5D experience, willing to do a general inspection for me?

I'm more than willing to compensate you for your time and hopefully lunch if i do end up purchasing the vehicle.
